I’m in better shape than others and my family and I can afford to stay in Airbnbs - for now. Our health is a lot better than it was. At this point though I don’t know when - or if - I can return to my home. Undoubtedly a lawsuit lies in the future. But I just want to get back to LAWYERING myself. We are already involved in litigation regarding the purchase of our home to begin with.

And in the future I may even become a defendant with the threats made by Change the Air/HomeCleanse - the latter is actually trying to get me disbarred in retaliation.

The good news - as a lawyer I do not need to prove damages so by trying to get me disbarred in retaliation is grounds for a defamation suit.

The other good news - probably LifetimeTV will buy my story for a 2-part series. #drama #FactsAreNotDefamation
